Here is how I responded to Rick the last time he posted these same comments:

The tender schedule shows price bid evaluation beginning Sept 11 and expiring October 31 (same expiry date for release of the PO.  It does not show any amendment/extension to these dates.

I just checked and there has been no extension or amendment to the schedule.
