Where does the EBD funding fit in?  Agreement provides up to $10.7M over 5 years towards developing Photonics Centre of Excellence in Singapore.  We are over a year into this, do some or all of the hires relate to this?  One of the postings pretty much says so, but perhaps others.  And how much of this money have we seen to date?  financials should shed some light on this.
