I don't think the misunderstanding was about the test cycles, but rather were these tests 1) already completed 2) a work in progress 3) yet to be done.

Your timelines for ROE and TOE also help clear up that question.

The other confusion was over whether the 2000 and 5000 cylce tests applied to wafer manufacturing. Wafer testing is a whole other dynamic that looks for consistency of stack and consistency of unit (there are thousands of them on a wafer) and reliability of process.That work is very likely under way as we type!
