Tannersfriend, that's a somewhat unfounded post, to say the least.

The prototypes are out when the company announces that they are, not when we/you wish they are.

The most recent evidence we have about prototype development is from Mika's talk in New York where he states, on slide 26, "We continue to forecast delivery of prototypes by the END of Q4"

The actual existence of prototypes constitutes a significant material change to PoET's situation ( a fully tested, developed concept that is now a product) and would need to be handled as such, in order to meet regulatory requirements
