"The R&D work required, production of unique sensor prototypes and related costs will come after the interposer passes the litmus test, which the last NR addresses."

To what test are you referring?  The use of the prototypes by those who have already contracted with us?  Or some other test?  For me, "a" litmus test was that to get us to the prototype stage.  I'm assuming you're test is the actual use of the prototypes.
