Which of course begs the question why would the LOI play any roll in securing the  financing. As you can see from the Yole report the demand for InP fabrication is  climbing so the value of those facilities are also  increasing. Why not just secure a loan against the facility? What is in the LOI that creates increased tangable value to POET?
