I think we could have a presence in Wales with Bill Ring.  He was doing a research project at Swansea University in Wales.  Not sure of its current status with the Quebec move.  I believe BB Photonics is officially based in New Jersey.  Of course we at Agoracom have a presence there (Wales) with our very own Sulasailor.  (Hi Sula)  BT
