I don't see a reason why Globle Founderies would not want their name mentioned in the offer. That, of course, does not mean there isn't a reason. To me, the purchaser is a large end user who does not want their name mentioned because of other agreements with suppliers. I also think that it is possible that the Denselight offer, with it's non shop clause, could just be a placeholder for the real offer for all of Poet, which they don't feel comfortable making until the qualifications are complete. That one is pure speculation of course.
