Very good post Lumenge.

But I am also in ITTR's corner about the POET GaAs IP. For some reason I still think/beleive the numerous patents filed by the genius of GT were required to advance the OI tech. Remember, if I am not mistaken, Taylor filed many of his patents for a broad range of semi-conductor material and not exclusively to GaAs.

I think these patents were revolutionnary.

My 2 cents only.

I could be way off with this one.
