Under the terms of the Espresso agreement a couple of the conditions to  be met by POET were:

a) reach definitive agreements in respect of the Sale of DenseLight on or prior to July 15, 2019

(b) send a circular to shareholders of DenseLight requesting approval of the Sale of DenseLight by July 15, 2019

As I mentioned when the date of record was announced. POET is 3 weeks ahead of the above condition.

18 shareholders from this forum have responded so far to attend the AGM and the get together after the meeting. I would like to give Kevin a projection of numbers early next week so he can consider the size of venue needed.
