The present date for the AGSM is August 8th, until we hear differently. In Toronto, somewhere.

Thursday, July 18th, is the last legal date to disclose agenda information to shareholders to hold the AGSM on that date.

The date can be moved again, all long as it does not run past the 60 day window that opened on June 24th.

IMO, of course
