Sentiments from many sides, all very interesting.  While another postponemenet of the AGM may ultimately be good news, I think the decided edge goes to it being poor news.

If Thursday is the last day to mail, we get our NR no later than early Friday morning.  Not sure by when they need to announce a postponement, but it seems as if they don't mail on Thursday, they need to tell us by Friday.

There are currents and cross-currents running this way and that way (and that's why Occam's Razor comes in handy).  And if someone wants to buy POET (almost certainly would require the consent of the Buyer of DL), and POET is willing, I'm sure it could be arranged, but it would add time and complexity.
