Very likely the 5th Tranche will not close until after the AGM.

We are way to close to the AGM and DL sale vote.

If the 5th Tranche closed at these low pricing levels, and this close to the AGM, and the stock was to run a fair amount immediately after the AGM, that would probably raise eyebrows at the SEC.

So reasonable intuition tells me the order will be, AGM & vote, which we all expect to sail through. Then the next and final Tranche.

Also, the recent posts about POET building an eco-system, are, in my opinion, right on the money.

Only 1 week to go to get the DL sale and Strategic Partner zipped-up.
