I have to admit sardonically smiling at the comments several days ago regarding POET not having to raise more cash through stock offerings (I didn't post on the subject for fear of triggering a "buy signal"). 

There has not been one developmental company (tech, biotech or otherwise) that I have ever followed (and I've followed a whole lot over the years) that did not raise money even though it was apparent to investors that the money was needed, and even if it objectively wasn't needed.  Poet will raise more cash at some point, cuz that's what developmental companies with insufficient or negative cash flow do.  It' just like the joke about the snake the lady saved.
