??? good questions. There is a confidence that they will have completed the 8th deliverable by the end of the year but we don't even know what that is. So  it is  impossible to predict. I  am thinking they will provide an update along with the closing of the 2nd tranche. I think once the 2nd tranche is hand they may be able to provide a little more insight into the business plan.
