I have to say there is something about the language used that has my antennae twitching.  This event was promoted by CISCO UK which is located in my home birth town of Cardiff.  Cardiff is 40 miles from Swansea University where the Interposer development took place.  There is a local IT hub between academia and the IT industry in South Wales and Bill Ring who is also Welsh is known in IT circles here.  

Why has Bill been so quite? Could it be that he is the engineering link between POET and CISCO?
