Call me old fashion, but I picture this as a handshake and a signature on a contract; that to me means the deal is done, the money being transferred is a mere detail.

Listen, $13 million, or whatever it is that still needed to be handed over is a proverbial drop in the bucket to these people, and, I am 100% certain that had the money not been handed over we would know about it by now.
