Baba, it is not a theory it was explained to  us in that way. It is  certainly not a stretch. Recall when Suresh talked about having test and distribution combined in Singapore, Canada or  the US. Well that of  course evolved to what we now have as multiple locations.  

If you follow my posts you will see me talk  about their desire to  setup a US hub for both access to  a supply  chain and access to customers. It would be dificult I  think to come up  with a diferent reason don't you think.
