I'm sure we all agree, if an announcement is to be made then the OFC is the place to make it.

But it's not critical it be done there.

Got to keep moving, once these things are put in motion the inertia is too great to stop it....I suspect SV has this all worked out (well, maybe not the COVID part) but a backup plan is always there....just put out a news release in conjunction with the major involved parties and let the markets decide, old fashion style.
