It It doesn´t seem to be that easy to me.

1.  1.    Does Poet really have a strong interest in the warrants to be exercised? Or are they comfortable with the DL-money? Can you have enough cash at all these days?

2.  2.    Did they set this 4-month timeline because they are convinced that the sp is much higher than 0,75?

3.  3.    Did they just throw a bone to please the warrant-owners without seeing a chance for the warrants to be exercised?

4.  4.    Did they set the 4-month timeline while knowing this can be extended again so it will be seen as a positive by investors but has no meaning?

Thomas Mika´s shenanigans? I don´t care for the timeline too much, but see a higher sp as one possibility among others.

Same problem with the 3rd-party-DL-buyer Lebowski mentioned. This can also be a trick to make the chinese consortium stick to the given payment timelines. Or it can be exactly the truth.
