I don't feel this is actually necessarily saying the lab will be at Lucent, but that the pool of engineers comes from that source.  Check out the broadcast from 25:39 to confirm this.  It's important I feel to clarify this before going down the Nokia line and to confirm the facts. I may of course be reading this wrong.  What do others think?
