Hey, OC, that may be how it plays out.  Maybe US-China and Canada-China relations will improve, both politically and economically.

I don't know that my view was any less simplistic, but from reading about Xi's own emphasis about making China self sufficient, especially regards tech, I was thinking that a unilateral view of this political dance may not cover what will play out.  Thanks for your own view.
