I am from Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany. Dortmund, in the east of the Ruhr Area, to be exact.

Invested since 2011-03-11 and, like many here, accumulated since. Weathered the 2016 debacle. Hoping to be able to quit job before regular retirement.

Blogged frequently about POET Technologies back in the ancient GaAs days. Now lacking time for doing so, because being consumed by Nuklearia, an pro-nuclear German association I founded. Trying to bring Germany back into the future, i. e., nuclear power. (Sorry (or not) for this shameless bragging.)
