Message: Why not? Just asking

In regards to the company focus being on NASDAQ, why not consider the NYSE?  I'm sure there is a good reason, so "just asking".  Thanks!  One of my other Canadian Small Caps went from OTC to NYSE just a few years back and they were in a similar development transition to production stage at that time and needed financing.   Prior to the NYSE listing that company also went through a Reverse Split ( a.k.a. "Consolidation" ).

To get a listing on the NYSE, a corporation needs at least 400 round-lot holders, or stockholders with 100 shares apiece. The company must have at least 1.1 million outstanding shares worth $40 million or more, and a price-per-share can be no lower than $4.

OK, so our current market cap is only 186.71M, but that still exceeds the $40 million bottom needed.  As for the sahre price of greater than $4, that may be in reach this year with or without the RS.
