I guess my question should really be:  Why would POET have to do a Reverse Split with a ratio of greater than 1 New Shares for 2 Old Share considering that Electrovaya is applying for listing on the NASDAQ at a share price less than where POET would be if it did only a 2 Old for 1 New split?
