FJ, Thanks for your basic analysis, it really helps a lot.  The sleuthing from so many was great stuff, but without your meaningful commentary the overall presentation had me swimming. 

And too…wish the board could get off the SP, warrant, option jag, and back to nuts & bolts analysis concerning Poet’s potential product line, etc.  TMI
