Even huge POET supporter ITTR is expressing a little "disappointment" at this juncture.  Does it seem a little weird that POET's June 8th and June 9th PRs highlight the availability of CWDM optical engine samples - in JULY (just a couple of weeks away!) and LightBar samples in SEPTEMBER - were released this week "in time for the OFC show?  I found both announcements a little "underwhelming" as ITTR suggests.

I suggest here that management itself was/is disappointed that the Samples were not available IN TIME for the OFC show, and the PR's represent their attempts to soften the blow of that disappointment. 

On the topic of the US volume, I think the important takeway from this morning's US trading is that most of it was accomplished in 4 large block trades including one of 100,000 shares about 10:08 am, and the most recent buy of 21,000 shares a few minutes ago!  Over the past few weeks, many of the US trades have been for a few hundred or a few thousand shares.  But when someone commits $100,000 to this kind of trade, he or she is a BELIEVER!
