I respectfully disagree with your comment. And your saying is contradictory:  

1. At any stage, the business needs to have publicity: the crying baby gets milk. 

2. You admitted, any publicity is a good publicity. 
3. At Reddit, he is the one moderator, starting out not that long ago: now 63 from 59. The lurkers will buy into the stock. 
4. You stated the benefit of having large followers for   Stock price: duh..
5. Your sub also started with one person at the very beginning: one member at a time: 4 ppl after  mt begging post in here. 
6. When is a good stage to rally the investors? Any stage. 
8. Many mentioned here about, lack of PR: then why wait?  
9. Other than patience, what else can we try? So far none.  
10. If not, in this stage, then PKT EVER gonna be there to be THE stock? 
11. Are there any perpetually undervalued stock in this market? If yes, why and investors are happy about being a hidden gem? $ needs to work.
