AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Your profile says you joined the board on 13th April 2021 yet you're playing the blame game already and manifestly qualifiy for the 'are we there yet set'.

Any DD would have looked at the company's production plans and time lines which are clearly set out in the company's presentation packs on the Web site.

Samples are with customers already and production that begins in the 2nd half of 2021 will not ramp up until 2022.

Fabs are being kitted out at POETs partners Superphotonics,  with a  growing customer base.being handled at Allenton, Singapore and Schenzen.

Please appreciate that no amount of blame gaming will turn the wheels any quicker, and many here with similar patience levels appear to be calling for more hype from managers not less.

Recognise that you bought into a high-risk venture capital firm; now man-up to the real implications of your choices and let management focus on the final stages of getting our investment into production and ander to customer development, not  the self-made anxieties of impetuous shareholders.

Your post illustrates how certainly management would make a rod for their own backs should they hype up the volumes anymore than they have, which seems the popular option of many here but unsound policy to me. You've just confirmed it.

We're going to do well organically growing this company but not necessarily in the time frames some mistakenly expect or the hoped for market hysteria that seems more like poking wasps nests than PR

So patience it is then, like it or like it not!
