I've beaten the market cap thing to death. Reverse splits to maintain a listing are bad news. Reverse splits to qualify for an uplist are not bad news. In any and all events, the company needs to be commercially successful. Commercial success will be reflected in the market cap. Without success, the exchange on which we trade will not matter much.
