Peculiarly, all the volume previously was on vulture, then it switched to naz. When I saw this I said yep, very well could be those vulture shares were converted to naz shares explaining the non effect on share price. Maybe it was notmynamenotmyshares converting into street name or out of street name  too, but I digress.
