Uh, yes, they are both public companies, both in the photonics branch, both listed on the Nasdaq, both pre-revenue, both are … well, there may be more.

But much more importantly, there are significant differences between the two companies. I'll make it easy for myself and simply summarize as follows: One has substance, the other one apparently does not.

While we’re at it: Thanks to all of you who have been talking down the stock! I have taken advantage of that, or rather I am pretty sure that it will prove to be an advantage.
