If problem was purely technical hopefully it is being resolved now or has already been resolved... and that they are once again back on track.

Maybe 1st samples supplied were unacceptable and perhaps 2nd ,or later samples, are being tested now. Since company does not advise on acceptance or non-acceptance of samples supplied we just have to adopt a "wait and see" attitude, until Company is able to put out a News release.
