CWDM, for someone who, more often than not, tries to keep an even hand when it comes to POET,

i find this statement of your's "there will be plenty of cash left to reinvest in marketing and a decent CFO." as disconcerting.

Without a real CFO now, there may well be no money left to reinvest in anything!

Also troubling is the fact that the CEO of the company is now dismissing current shareholder concern as "noise" ......

If the tech is as good as you believe Suresh, then get someone the markets have faith in to sell our better mousetrap now!
