Is the 9-18 month period of qualification the same as the one that used to be 6 to 9 months?

For me, a greater time than anticipated here to actual meaningful orders and production has always been one of the biggest reasons why the share price is so depressed.

Most here have thought that things would move faster.  But the potential investors, including tech companies, that we often muse about likeky realize that there's no rush to invest in Poet.
