The 800 Million is simple. She anticipates 1mil. units from Celestial AI per year as stated by Suresh I think and multiplies by 4 engines per unit which was also stated by management and then muliplies it with  200$/engine. The 200$ is the only variable I dont know where she got it from. In the last report it was only 100$/engine. So maybe she got some numbers from management, cause its still some paid report or its her own guessing/DD.

So this is ofc only if it all works out. But if this 75% cost reduction vs. others is true then my bet is that Nvidia will buy celestial...
