IMHO 2 scenarios. 

1) We've all been blinded by mgmt, they lied to us and will continue to do so. 

No significant customer interest. 

Superficial bankrupcy will follow. 

2) The financing was inevitable. It will enable production and revenue. 

Only the dilution will harm us, but next year we will be happy. 

Of course both ways would have more details. But what makes me scared: silence from Vivek for a long time now. Silence from Tom. 

No updates on production and on Meta. What the heck ist going on here?!
