Yeah, welcome to the stock market.  But, you know what, you can buy it too and get the warrants as well, if I am reading the prospectus correctly.  This isn't a private placement. So, what I am sure happened, because I did it, is some existing stockholders sold shares over the past 3 days and plan to pick them back up plus warrants cheaper.  So, Im just saying, in the crisis, look for the opportunity.
