I for one appreciate hearing from long time heavy investors like Breeze. Repetition here is getting nauseating but I believe majority can see thru it. Venting equates to fear, the emotional side as we see the paper value of our investment crash. I for one expressed it but I remain supportive as I have previously posted.
My support is well placed after Suresh release today. We have amazing tech that is moving forward. 
It's frustrating on the finance side and they need to a better job strategizing on how to raise funds. We don't know if this was all delegated to Tom but clearly from a governance issue it requires not just board approval of raises in tough capital market times but actually the BOD involved in the process to insure the company continues to thrive from a risk management perspective. Hopefully they will address this soon in any Q and A.

i am looking forward to seeing how much skin insiders participate in this financing.
