OK so everyone is predicting a low financing price - similiar or lower than the existing share price but won't the company providing the financing have access to info we don't - they will know details of potential customers, POs, production levels, etc.  So isn't is possible we can have a higher financing price than the current stock price - a price that reflects what this company is really worth, not the market cap based on the current share price.  I mean what if there is a huge announcement in 2 weeks that drives the share price up significantly - the fianancing company would be aware of it and shouldn't that be taken into consideration such that the financing price would be higher than what it is now? Otherwise the financing company could pay for all the shares at a very low price, wait the 2 weeks for this big announcement and then resell all those shares at the much higher price after the announcement?
