Regarding the LIFE offering, I am not sure how to understand the sentence: “The Company is not completing its previously announced Canadian LIFE offering at this time.”

If the company is not completing the LIFE offering in the sense of cancelling it, why adding the phrase “at this time”?

What does “at this time” mean?

• If ‌“this time” stands for the overall ongoing capital raise, then the LIFE offering is done, as Breeze assumes.
• However, if “this time” stands for Dec 4th, then the LIFE offering would remain open until a later (or earlier) date.

Typical cloudy POET language! Any insights from native English speakers? Or would any interpretation be too far fetched anyway?
