And per the below, if I was polled this same question any time from March 2021 to present my answer would steadfastly not be different due to 2016 and events (or lack thereof) surrounding the uplist. It's an interesting comment, and likely true within a short time period marked by situational/acute factors - however I think it becomes increasingly null with sufficient duration (ie almost 2 years).
