so my point is, if they raised back then and we had the same news cycle, we would prob still be at this price.

You really think if we had a years money in the bank right now that we would be at this absolutely miserable price,,,

I think not...its our very precarious lack of funds that has allowed us to be driven to the bottom of the gutter...plain and simple 

and you have to look at all the shares we issued since listing for dillution...ATM...US offering and now Canadian offering
