The reason I'd feel better is the way the question is phrased means that management agrees changes are needed. 

And of course if we didn't need to go to the capital markets this fall our share price would not have taken the disastrous tumble. Of course had we raised a bunch of money a couple of years ago, there's no assurance we would not have spent it unproductively.  Or productively?
