I just checked a report, and it shows that we no longer have any institutional ownership. Am I reading this wrong? 

I don't know all the rules, so I'm asking the question, did the institutions need to sell because the share price dropped below a certain level?

They didn't have much institutional ownership anyway, but it's surprising to see that it's all gone.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not worried about the financing closing tomorrow or the future of the company. I'm just curious about the institutional ownership situation.
