Can you tell us the responsibilities of the board?

The only blame I've seen placed by the die hard sycophants is on the more critical posters here. Of course it's our fault, and somehow not the responsibility of those ... responsible!? 

If we all accept what they give us without question we'll be split again and making the same asinine comments back and forth. I wish I had the financial flexibility to accept a company and its board that erasers 80% of my investment value.
