TM's comment near the end of last year (bold is mine):

"Even though market conditions are not favorable to small and micro-cap companies, we are continuing to have positive discussions with several potential investors in the offering.  Except for speculation around this offering, we have experienced no changes in the Company's plans, commercial efforts or operations that would be a reason for the recent declines in the Company's share price"

Ok, so we're through the offering and (with the insider participation) it was viewed rather favorably.  Should this not negate the speculation TM pointed to as the sole and unwarranted reason for the share price drop?  Or are we stuck due to unknowns around the subsequent capital move(s) anticipated near-term.
