Been here for 13+ years, so overnight's not my timeline.  You do understand that the low share price has real consequences, right?  Financings are done with much higher dilution, institutional investors tend to stay away, long time shareholders get frustrated/liquidated.  That last financing was a complete joke and an embarassment, and it, unconditionally, hurt the company and shareholders.  I agree that management's focus should be on developing revenue streams, but they do have to pay attention to their financials and get that house in order.  And that's much harder to do from the position of weakness that they've got themselves into.
