AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Major changes within this industry moves like icebergs.

The words that Suresh uses are true.

After last year's OFC, Suresh said "They were in awe."

POET Technologies Demonstrated 800G Optical Engines and Light Source Products at OFC 2023.

Practically the entire upcoming OFC is in POET's wheelhouse.

OFC 2024 Hot Topics: AI Networks, 3.2 Tbps Optics

It has been forecast that by 2025, the majority of ports in AI networks will be 800 Gbps, and by 2027, the majority of ports will be 1600 Gbps, showing a very fast adoption of the highest speeds available in the market.  This unusually fast adoption comes from the tremendous need for speed.

A representative from Dell'Oro Group says that Co-Packaged Optics (CPOs) remain in development, with industry speculation suggesting that CPOs may eventually become the sole solution capable of enabling higher speeds at one point in the future.

Suresh:  "The right place at the right time with the right solution."

I'm still expecting explosive growth from POET Technologies.
