I don't understand why the company can't just give us some clear insight on that (where the money is coming from)

I don't think they can give clear insight as per the following statement:

"Between December, 2023, and January, 2024, we raised $6.2-million (U.S.) in cash through equity offerings to serve as a bridge to other funding opportunities

We all want to know what those opportunities are but seems they can't say until a deal is done.
